I loved the book. It takes you on a wild ride but also emphasizes the importance of not trying to be something you are not. Everyone matters no matter who you are.

It may be called Tails from the Casa but trust me on this...it's all heart with a good dose of humor and and an enormous dose of great writing.
Who knew a dog could tell a tale so well? Charlie's rescue will have you weeping buckets - it does me, no matter how many times I read it - but she has firmly put that all behind her, and now rules the Casa with an iron paw. Charlie flies through life with an infectious joie de vivre. She will make you laugh, and she will make you cry. Her poor dad is at her beck and call, but he's not alone. We all are. Charlie barks, and we listen. If you really want to treat yourself, buy this book. You won't regret it, and I promise you, you'll want to read it over and over.
I love this story! This book is very well written and entertaining. I love that the story is told from different points of view - Charlie and Dad. The travel aspect of the book is very interesting to me and I feel as though I am traveling with Charlie Bravo and Dad on their travels. I know this author personally and the story is very much a reflection of the author and his family. I love that this is a positive story about the success of a dog that was rescued by Bret Winingar. It is my hope that this story will help others to have compassion for all of God's creatures, as we are called to do. Looking forward to any sequels that might follow.
